二、工作内容：主要是团队建设，团队管理，提高业务人员的业绩，专业素质.

三、、年薪10万-50万, 底薪+提成+奖金。
1、底薪在5000-15000元之间；
2、按产值提成，
3、目前销售额5000千万，年底搬迁新厂未来二年突破2个亿。
4、外贸部现在4个人。
