Job Description
o Deliver against sales quotas.
o Lead the sales team to deliver the business’s financial and telecom targets;
o Manage, Support and motivate sales team to provide best customer experience and solutions based on the customer’s needs through effective communication over the phones;
o Work with cross-functional teams to develop sales incentive programs, career development opportunities, reporting mechanisms, and marketing programs.
Requirements
o College diploma or above, 4-5 years sales working experience with 4 year in people management role. IT industry, call center working experience preferred
o Proven track record of success in managing a sales group to achieve targets.
o Have experience and ability to coach sales on achieving targets by focusing on processes and metrics.
o Good at developing and coaching direct reports to continuously improve their individual performance.
o Drive to excellence.
